The news of Film Heritage Foundation's ambassador Amitabh Bachchan being honoured with the FIAF Award for 2021 hits the national headlines! He is the first Indian to be conferred with the award for championing the cause of saving India’s film heritage over the years. For the first time ever, celebrated filmmakers and earlier recipients of the award, Martin Scorsese and Christopher Nolan, will present the award to Amitabh Bachchan at a virtual ceremony to be live-streamed on March 19, 2021 at 6 p.m. India time.
