its general question, why some directors work with the same cinematographer, composer, editor etc. please anyone answer my question.

Consistency. There's a reason why all his movies are as good as they are. You begin to form relationships and communication becomes that much easier. Wally and Chris damn near read each others minds now.

Yeah, I agree with RomanM.
I think some director will feel more comfortable if they work with people they knew really well. Also, if you work with different crew, there's a chance that you will feel uncomfortable and it will harder to communicate.
