dude.. hard question..

for twists: The Prestige & Memento

for the whole movie: TDK

Definately Memento. It is the only Nolan movie which made it into my personal top 5 best movies ever.

It is probably the way it was writen, the whole backwards story is amazing and he created a twist ending, which is at the beginning of the story! Amazing.
I have explained more of this in an other topic, but I can't find it at the moment.

All of them are my favorites, but I'd rank them like this:

1. Memento
2. The Dark Knight
3. The Prestige
4. Following
5. Batman Begins
6. Insomnia
7. Doodlebug

All are great films, but I thought TDK had a couple of things I did not agree with Chris's work. Either way, it's still a great film.
