i was already aware of this..
Nolan borrows simple ideas.. making those ordinary ideas into something extraordinary..

actually the very name of the movie "Inception" is a HUGE hint.. telling us that Nolan's appreciation of ideas from different
sources comes together to form a design that is unique and masterful in its own right.

Inception uses a femme fatale as a projection of guilt. From the get go it was unique, and of course it reminded me at times of the Matrix and Total Recall, but so much more existentialism in it.
