I just saw how that Talli thread a few threads down from here was locked, and it made me want to bring up a question. I was around the forum when Talli posted back on my former account, but I don't really remember him well. Why was he so infamous amongst the forum, and people made such a big deal about him? I constantly see jokes about him and I'm always confused lol.
