Lol I appreciate you're guys support and input for my workout regiment
but I think I'm going to stick to what my trainer is advising me to do. I'm not looking to get super ripped and bulky. I'm going for more of a modern Hollywood lean. Think Pettyfer in Beastley.
Also my gyms spa (as much as you may call it gay) is a key component to the recovery stage for your post-workout body.
@Durden. I am eating a lot more than I was now that I'm on a new regiment. My diet plan consists heavily of raw fish, whole wheats, and fruit & veggies. After actually lifting and sticking with it my appetite has gone through the roof!
