It's oddly tone-deaf that in a year where a lot of people protested police brutality that the Democratic nominee would choose a prosecutor with as problematic a record as Kamala Harris, almost as if to tell its base: "we heard you and we don't care. This far and no further."

The poll of registered voters nationally was 50% Biden and 46% Trump (+4 Biden). CNN is not a highly rated pollster by FiveThirtyEight.com, it's rated B/C tier. CNN has had massive wild swings all year long that other better rated pollsters have not shown.

Marist (essentially nailed the final 2016 margin) and ABC News are A+ tier, for example, and they both had registered voters at +11 and +12 Biden respectively.
