Well he's right, but not in the way he thinks.

Director Brian De Palma has detailed a new horror movie that is inspired by Harvey Weinstein and will be set during the Toronto International Film Festival.

The film will be called Predator, and De Palma, who is best known for iconic films such as Carrie, The Untouchables and Scarface, has said the character will be inspired by Weinstein, but will have a different name. "It will be a horror movie, with a sexual aggressor, and it will happen in the film industry," he told French publication Le Parisien.

The film will be produced by Saïd Ben Saïd (Elle, Maps to the Stars) and could begin filming as soon as next summer. Reports say it will likely be shot in Toronto.

It would be a legitimate project only if De Palma dared to direct something based on Weinstein's insane activities more than 10 years ago. Today, he's doing it to solely to legitimize himself as a filmmaker. Too bad, he could've ended his film back then with a note saying, based on true events caused by Harvey Weinstein. They probably would've given him an award as important as Nobel Peace Prize.

So, Chris Hardwick is an asshole.

And I’m glad, because he always seemed like one. And he’s super annoying.

I knew a person who was in a relationship like this and she became an extreme shut-in to a point where she was affraid of physical contact. This is a serious confession that required tons of courage and I applaud her. Guy’s an asshole and deserves to be called out.

Two of my friends were stuck in a similar situation explained in that Medium article a few years ago. One of them I used to date during my college years. Anyways, when the issue was mentioned I advised both girls to walk out. A few months later I found out they both dumped their boyfriends. Not necessarily because I told them to as I'm sure they had taken the same advise from other friends and family members as well. The fact is, they ended their relationships and opened up a new chapter. This girl, in the article, could've done the same thing. There is no need to make the toxic relationship a public thing. It's like arguing with your partner, then involving the cops, then the cops tell you let's take this inside, meaning work it out with your partner or leave him. Sorry, I find nothing brave about her piece. There are a lot of other brave women out there, not just in the U.S., but around the world that deserve to be hailed as brave women.

I'm indifferent to the consequences of me saying this, but that is by far one of the dumbest fucking things I have read on this forum.

And that includes batfan, RIFA, and myself.

I would like you to enlighten me here as to what is so brave about her piece. Actually, forget about it being brave, let's take on how right is she by publishing this. Go ahead. Let's discuss it. Just you and me alone and let others just read if they want to.
