NBC News - House impeaches Trump for second time, Senate must now weigh conviction

Roll Call 17 Roll Call 17, Bill Number: H. Res. 24, 117th Congress, 1st Session
JAN 13, 2021, 04:33 PM | 117TH CONGRESS, 1ST SESSION
Vote Question: On Agreeing to the Resolution

Impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors

Vote Type: Yea-And-Nay

Status: Passed
Democratic 222 Yea (100%) 0 Nay (0%) 0 Not Voting (0%)
Republican 10 Yea (5%) 197 Nay (93%) 4 Not Voting (2%)
Total 232 Yea (54%) 197 Nay (45%) 4 Not Voting (1%)
(Only 433 out of 435 House seats are filled right now)

93% of House Republifascists thinks this should be let go or they falsely blame somebody else. I think that number is higher even than public polling has shown for their miserable excuse for a political party.

while I'm glad at least some Republicans voted aye, it's still ridiculous how few of them did

I guess that if Mitch votes to convict him, enough Republican senators will follow him.

And if convicted then I assume it's impossible for trump to run again in 2024 and perhaps won't get his $200.000 of pension a year?
