Terrorism Discussion Thread

I think the benefit of having one big thread about news of terrorism would be that:

- People would be encouraged to post Breaking announcements immediately instead of wondering whether it's worth or not to make new threads.
- This means that any news of terrorism will be welcome and that that may help raise more awareness of non-white victims of terrorism as well as expand the notion itself and the common perceptions of who's afflicted by terrorism.

I'll start by reminding of the recent attack in Kabul that killed 80 and the one in Baghdad that left at least 12 dead.

Ok, well, they didn't wait long:

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world ... 53561.html

https://www.rt.com/news/353005-machete- ... an-attack/

Even though the victim is said to have worked in the kebap stand (possibly foreign herself?), even though this happens two days after the Breivik-influenced Munich attack and even though no german news site has said anything about the attacker's nationality (yet) and most are telling people to hold up I'm already seeing Reuters and The Sun and mad Brexiters on twitter through "syrian refugee" around.

EDIT: Seems they are confirming the refugee claim.

This is so weird. His only friend was afghan even though he hated immigrants. What possible motivation would the other kid have to help him?

It's not the first. I'm afraid not the last one, to be honest.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't helped. But the reckless Merkel politics is responsible for this. We can't just like that accept hundreds of thousands refugees, so different in every way, because Europe will fall. It should be done with thought.
