Turkish militairy has seized control from Erdogan's government. Jets are flying above Ankara (some say there's bombs falling over a specific spot too). Erdogan himself is nowhere to be found and has been absent for a while now (has possibly known this was about to happen).

I'm not giving links cuz media is all upside down about this in the last 30 minutes since news broke and I can't find anything definitive yet.

Erdogan contacted media through skype-call, urges people "to go out on the streets and oppose the militairy".





He's basically telling people to go out and get shot...

EDIT: Saw a clip where, I think, a helicopter-mounted-machinegun-fire can be seen shooting down onto the streets.

Hope they won't give him that but they will.

Germany and UK refused it. That's good.

But this is disgusting. The army is shooting from helicopters in civilians...

That's no army to me.

Any form of protest, even civil one, is so far met with bullets. M'yeah... this is not going well.
