I honestly don't believe what I am seeing this is all way too bizarre. If you told me this time last year Donlad Trump would be president and be bro-ing out with a yellow haired Kanye West I would have said you're crazy.

I don't think it's the first time...probably second or third. But yeah he does look out of it. Hopefully Trump doesn't use his mental state to try and manipulate him into doing something stupid.

This is what happens when people elect a reality TV star for president. but yeah, it's like straight out of a South Park episode. I hate that their season ended because there is still shit that's going on.
