Yes, this is clearly a conspiracy to cut into Batman vs Superman's box office. It's not like they have a huge franchise film coming out the week before BvS or anything.

Yep, it comes out the week before Man of Steel. And though it's domestic market's shrunk, it's OS market is massive. Ant-Man moving is more a matter of the convenience of getting it out of the way of Bond more than anything. Plus, Disney has both Avengers and Star Wars coming out in 2015. And hell, it's highly likely Ant-Man will be a one-off anyways, so it doesn't matter how much money it makes.

Though to be fair, BO-wise, 2 weeks after Batman vs Superman is less suicidal than the same day as the post-Skyfall Bond 24.

Not any longer.

Predictably, Disney pushes Pirates 5 out of Summer 2015 and into maaaaaybe 2016.

They are not confident the tired Pirates franchise will be able to compete domestically or overseas with the Superman/Batman Worlds Finest film. Especially after the Bruckheimer/Depp Lone Ranger debacle.

True, but Disney has to put it somewhere. It might be December, but it's not completely implausible it's going in the summer.
