Am I the only one who finds Laurel's canarie scream lame, obnoxious, and quite laughable in a roll your eyes kind of way?

Does S3 intertwine with some part the first season of The Flash? If so, then it's gonna be a pain in the ass for me to catch up.

Also does The Huntress return in S3 of Arrow?
