This looks......unimpressive.

Not really understanding all the negativity. Visuals look incredible, impressive world building, solid lead performance and an utterly captivating Sean Bean.

Oh give me a break with “utterly captivating“ Bean, he was run off the mill as it gets and will probably die before he sees the princess on the throne.

Sorry it is not gimmicky enough for your tastes... Bean is similar to someone like Woody Harrelson, he might not be too different in some of his roles but he is still completely captivating to watch. He is going to bring a lot to the role and will steal the show.
