Raimi or Zemeckis are great choices for this. I wouldn't rather have Vaughn direct the MoS sequel.

If even two of these recent picks stick: Gibson, Reeves, Zemeckis, Vaughn, Joss... it would reaffirm the idea that WB wants to stick to individualistic approaches for these movies. But will they pull off the landing(s) this year? Remains to be seen.
