When the thing comes out from behind the wall in David Lynch's Mulholland Dr.
One of the most tense scenes i've seen.

Memento-
the whole ending I was like
The Prestige-
when I fully connected the scope of Angier's trick and Bordon.
Inception-
Train, spinning hallway was another moment of pure awe, Mal coming down the shaft and shooting Fischer, the ending.
The Departed-
DiCaprio and Damon getting shot. Brilliant filmmaking.
2001-
The last 20 minutes basically.
Clockwork Orange-
Singing in the rain scene in particular.
Se7en-
The lust victim's interview, when John Doe shouted "DETECTIVE!", and finally, when you realized what was in the box.
Children of Men-
both single take shots, jaw dropping.
Alien-
chest busting scene
Oldboy-
the twist and the scene afterwords
Blue Velvet-
Closet scene. You know the one.
Mullholland Dr. -
Much of it, the scene just mentioned, when it cuts to her just masturbating.
There Will Be Blood-
"GETT OOOUUUTT OF HERE GHOST" and the ending.
The Dark Knight-
There are so, so many moments ,but they're mostly in fun and not shock. More awe.

Honestly, Galadriel's eyes at the very end of this clip scared the living piss out of me the first time I saw this movie. Wasn't expecting it at all.

Billy Costigan death scene

I saw the title of this thread and that's the first scene that came to mind.
Came out of nowhere! I still don't see it coming every time I watch it.

The entire Saw franchise should have not gone past this twist.
