Tonight is the night of Discovery Channel's acclaimed summer event. What are the Nolan Fans community opinion on Shark Week?

Never watched it.

Lol I watched it a lot when I was a kid and I still find it pretty enjoyable television. It's full of information and presented in a very entertaining way.

My only problem is that the purpose of the special (besides getting good ratings) is to promote conservation and environmental awareness in the protection of sharks...so why do they make shows that focus on how dangerous sharks are (e.g. Top 10 Most Dangerous Sharks)?

I don't understand why people make such a big deal out of it. It's lame.

I have Discovery Channel and about other 4 Discovery Channels (Science, History etc)

But I never watched Shark Week. Anyway DC rules.

Last year's Shark Week was really disappointing so hopefully this year is goooooood.
