yes it's not that bad but it's not X1 or 2 either. I think people expected something big when you had Singer+Superman, but instead it was just ok, nothing spectacular.

Xmen 3 has NOT gained ANY respect from me. It strayed too far from the comics and the mood shift from the rest of the series made it look like you were watching a different movie.
