I'm mistaken, the guy from collider said it's title The Dark Soldier but I think it is in fact The Dark World

So is that Darkest World as in "Thor: The Darkest World" or is it "Thor 2: the Darkest World"? Will there be a 2? Seems strange to put a 2 for the Iron Man sequel but not for Thor.

According to the tweets from SDCC, they have removed the "2" and changed "Darkest" to "Dark"

Yeah, it is weird that Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3 [so far] don't have separate titles, but the Thor and Captain America sequels do.
