Berardinelli is not impressed by the movie that much. Though he believes it has its moments. He gave it a 2½/4.

It was fun, like all planet of the apes movies you have to suspend your disbelief, but if you do its a damn good time.

Its true it doesn't really elevate above a B movie, the script did, but the film just didn't pull it off.

This movie blew balls. After about 40 minutes I had a good time laughing at it though. :lol:
