Not to be a downer but are we sure that those movies scheduled to come out this year will actually end up getting released this year as opposed to next year or even beyond?

Obviously we do not. Nothing is certain now. But it's good to spotlight interesting projects that are scheduled for now. With HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime we at least have SOME certainty that a couple of these movies will come out this year. As for the others, it might take till 2022 until we see them.

I'm just worried that these companies still think they can make pre-pandemic box office numbers and imo that's not likely for the foreseeable future and so they will just continuously push back the release dates just so they can release these films in theatres as opposed to releasing them on online platforms like Netflix, Disney+, etc.
