I'd rather save my money to buy films I haven't seen yet. I bought the extended editions on DVD in 2005 and those are perfectly fine. I'm at a point where all the extras in the world could not persuade me to buy a film I know by heart again for an exorbitant price.

Got the 4K UHD HDR upgrade for free after buying the EEs on Apple TV at the start of the pandemic. Sampled a few a scenes and the new remaster looks pretty damn great.
