Seemed cool at first in the trailer when it was like a more lowkey Bourne/Spy movie, but then it cranked up the Marvel standard of having an overload of CGI action crap at the end of the trailer.

Whether this film's good or bad, it won't matter. This film will make loads of money but that alone will not say anything about its (lack of) quality. Looks kinda bland, generic and forgettable tbh.
Because it's cheap. Generic villain wearing tactical suit
Can it not be Taskmaster then?

Nice scoop there. I was honestly baffled by the trailer's boring-as-fuck cinematography (even by MCU standards) being a big fan of Rob Hardy's work. It looked nothing like his Garland or M:I films
