Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown (age 13) has signed a deal to star in a series of movies based on the Enola Holmes Mysteries novels bij Nancy Springer.
A character wholly created by Springer, Enola Holmes is the teenage sister of the iconic detective. She also has a knack for solving mysteries, and the six novels in the series, which began in 2006, tell their own stories while also including famous characters from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s iconic franchise.

Legendary Entertainment put together the project, Brown will not only star but also produce.

Cavill has been cast as Sherlock. Poor fella keeps getting terribly miscast in roles.

I'll see it because Cavill is hot but nothing about him screams Sherlock Holmes lol.

He was terrific as the douchey hammer that demolishes everything in his way, without really much in the way of finesse or brain department. Interesting departure from Superman and Napoleon Solo a well. But when it turns out that he was supposed to be a mastermind all along, who writes manifests about changing the world, I couldn't possibly take him seriously as that.
Also there is Geralt which I'm very reserved about whether he can pull that off, I guess we'll see.

Well that's the whole point about him as Walker/Lark, he's not that cunning. I loved his casting for both Walker as Lark.
He's a great Superman and Solo was charming through the roof.
