To add, watching a cam rip is an enormous insult to the cinematographer and his crew, as well as the countless hours and tireless work put into the films sound design. Not to mention on a more materialistic basis, it's an enormous "fuck you" to not only film as a medium, but the plain format of 70mm as a whole. PT and company went through enormous lengths to make sure that the images you, the viewer, see are of the highest quality. Cam rips bend that quality and fidelity over, rape the shit out of it, spit on it, call it a whore, and then shoot it in the face. Anyone who watches a cam rip and calls themselves a film admirer is either A.) A moron, or B.) A liar.

Cam rips are damn ugly, I don't really care about the feelings of the filmmakers but I don't see how someone could be that desperate to watch it in that format.
