Parallel to that would be Shaw's return in semi-regular capacity, and how both their re-entrances shake up the core of the plot & the character relationships, which could last all the way up to the very last episode of the show, if Season 6 were the final one.
Yeah, the timing would be interesting, since the Machine is in a similar place to that of Shaw (both made a self-sacrifice to save the others), but a narrative step or two behind. Both of them reemerging mid-season would be an intense premise for those episodes. Might also be cool to have some hints about Shaw in the early episodes, so before the Machine's return, we'd also have some apprehension about Shaw's return.

I'm intrigued about Finch's part in the rebuilding, too, given all the previous versions of the Machine, and what Greg said about Michael in the GMMR interview.
We have this incredible actor I think we really need to challenge next year.

I hope it doesn't out that way, or anything like it.

One of the io9ers made a really valid remark: YHWH refers to a compressed name for 'Yahweh', who was the God of the Kingdoms of Israel & Judah. At the end of the episode, The Machine, a god by itself, is compressed within the briefcase, giving the title another interpretation.

On another note, do you guys suppose that Alistair Wesley & The Ghost Caller were killed as part of the Correction? They're characters aren't those I particularly cared about, and if this were true, it'd be a quick & efficient way to write 'em out.

the second link was funny. Im sorry i haven't watched Arrow since season 2 ended ( nothing against season 2 because that was clearly the best season ). But season 3 this year is a fucking mess from the small bits i saw, how can you have a major, awesome comic book villain and group (especially notable to batman fans out there ) like Ra's Al Ghul and the league of assassins and the season is just so fucked up ? the only good characters re Ra's and Nyssa to be honest. then try to make POI out to have issues ? hell for all i know the flash ( which i don't watch ) might be better. Daredevil is lol

I loved this season. It brought to us so many good episodes - If-Then-Else, Asylum, YHWH, Terra Incognita etc.

But i hope Nolan will be more involved in the 5th season. I guess this season was mostly produced without Nolan supervising things and Plageman did a great job, but i hope that Jonah will finish his job on the Westworld as soon as it possible. Not saying that he should abandon Westworld, i would like it [Westworld] to be as good as possible, but i put POI over Westworld.

Just learned that Nolan both writing and directing pilot of the Westworld. Loved his work on Relevance.

For all the batman influence this show has shown ( mostly nolan batman ), have they ever made a batman pun or one liner in this show ? i don't think they have given all the silly ones we have heard. I remember shaws line frm season 3 "Whats the eta on Captain America ?" but batman ? nope. i guess thats the one the maybe don't wanna do ;)

Side note: i love that scene when shaw ran up the elevator wall back flipped and choked the guy out

Fusco calls Reese 'the boy wonder' so there's that.

That could work, at least as head-canon if it's not brought up.

So for season 4,Stephen Surjik directed the episodes that were only written by new writers (who previously had no connection with POI).
