Really not getting the love for Wind River.
Thought it was Sunday night generic thriller made for TV movie with substandard performances.

Just did nothing for me.Found it very bland, visually and narratively.
I do think it had/has great potential to delve more deeper into the culture up there though.

don't know man, i thought Renner was fantastic

mostly, i found the world building excellent, and the movie has this sense of geography that it establishes through the whole tracking thing, where i felt like i could draw a map of where everything happened. it's also just a well written, really powerful film, imo

I thought Renner was fairly bland throughout, though I am coming from the view that I don’t rate him that highly as an actor.
Personally from what I've seen I don’t think there is much difference from one Renner performance to the next. Is that a unpopular opinion ? ;)

I thought, relating to the performances, James Jordan as Pete was good though.
So I will keep an eye on how his career pans out.

regarding the Director ,on this showing, he doesn't interest me at present.
