Ritchie directing Aladdin for Disney is actually the latest thing I expected. Anything, but... Aladdin? WTF?

Moreover, I thought he's a member of WB directors' club. What happened?

Still waiting on my live action Robin Hood, The Sword in the Stone and The Emperor's New Groove. But predictable this comes first lol

However, can't picture anyone other than Williams as Genie... :(

Some kind of nightmare. My favourite film from my early childhood being made by one of the worst (like, Tamahori-level) filmmakers in Hollywood.

Yeah, Guy Ritchie is great. I'm always amazed how little appreciation he gets.

I mean the deconstructing of the forest scene from A Game of Shadows is some next level stuff.
