Not sure.

Based on the comments, I may just wait for that extended cut for first viewing if the reaction is it improves the film.

You won't find a single minded consensus regarding this movie, not now, not after the ultimate cut, that's for sure. Same landscape whether you go on box office forum, IMDb, SHH, or even reddit. Opinions all over the place. So might as well see for yourself and decide instead of filling yourself with YouTube videos of people who have already formed their opinion.

Oh, I do not take that video in the slightest bit seriously. Max Landis is a retard and I find him laughable. I posted it for entertainment value.

I wasn't commenting on the video cause I haven't seen it but, wait, that's Max Landis? Lmao. Ok. I remember him trolling MoS Superman hard, no wonder he disliked this.

Seems like one of the fan petitions is getting legit traction from the creative team (so far Larry Fong & Snyder's VFX guy signed it)

Even Zimmer said in an interview with Collider that the UC is the version of the film that "they love", while the PG-13 theatrical is something that they "have to go out and make".

The fact that they got the MPAA to rate it enables them to do so for sure. If it was just home media only they wouldn't have to.
I can see them doing like a one-week or one night only a-la GOT IMAX run in the US, best place on their schedule for a one week run would be at just before Alice (X-Men overseas) in late May.

But it makes you wonder how they'll go about the music since none of the characters in Marvel's movies don't have any themes that are recognizable outside of the theme for The Avengers. Is it really that big of a deal to have their own themes?
Saying this as a fan, Marvel is pretty pathetic when it comes to scores.
There are some highlights but they're few and far between. I'm not even a big fan of The Avengers' theme.

Both of the things you mentioned are in the theatrical
Bruce's office during the Senate hearing
In Lex's files on her - we see that photo just before he opens the WW1 one.
