Kong was bigger than usual in Skull Island but he wasn't THAT big. I thought they would have Kong be half the size of Godzilla and use his agility more to make it a fight. This just looks strange.

Didn't they say that Kong in Skull Island wasn't fully grown?

When Tenet was released, cinemas were open in most of Europe, South Korea, most of Australia, Japan, China, and part of the USA. Yet the film didn't make any profit (maybe now with its good results in VOD?).
They are going to release this film when cinemas aren't opened in Europe and HBO Max isn't yet in Europe, as they did with WW, who was a much bigger financial failure than Tenet worldwide
