TOO FUCKING BAD IT'S GOING TO BE PROJECTED DIGITALLY
It gets murky with the fancy algorithms people like Yedlin can generate, whereby a digitally acquired image looks virtually identical to 35mm, so the concept of film having a "look" sort of dissolves, but in general, the difference between film and digital while being projected digitally is just as, if not more so, apparent than if it were being projected on film. The aesthetic remains in tact, arguably more so, since it's a much more faithful replication of the image the filmmaker saw while color grading.xWhereAmI? wrote:"Don't worry guys it'll be shot on film!"
