Not sure he's going to get much more development after discovering Tetris and couple of badly placed shrooms just in time for the prom night with Avengers.
Or maybe we'll get to see Teen Groot and Spidey teamup in a party of grownups.

I don't see any of the current avengers being able to defeat thanos, mainly if he completes his gauntlet.
some crazy marvel cosmic entity will have to join the battle. It will be interesting if they start introducing come srazy shit like the living tribunal and adam warlock.
