Films You're Emotionally Connected To

We all have those films that when we watch, really resonate inside us on a deep level. Whether it be emotionally, spiritually, thematically, or so forth. We're able to connect to either the characters, the conflicts, or other elements of the film. This thread is exactly for that. The films that you 'really' relate to.

For me it's like this... (I would write explanations as to why I listed these movies, but I'd end up writing for hours. But I encourage you to share your reasons)

I would have put that (seriously) but I was trying to avoid the wave of insults.

I see it was unavoidable, regardless.

Nolan has quite a few. Memento, The Prestige, Inception, TDK and TDKR. Probably Inception the most, but it's always changing. Part of why I'm such a fan. But many others. Vertigo, ET, Back to the Future, Stalker, Toy Story, Almost Famous, The Right Stuff, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Casablanca, The Thin Red Line, The Graduate, Groundhog Day, The Wizard of Oz.
