Looks really good, but I hope Wan doesn't resort back to jump scares. What made the first one so great was the focus on tension and not jump scares. There is probably one 1-2 jump scares in the first and there's a lot more just in this trailer. I love the setting and story in this one so far it looks super interesting

Honestly it was really damn great. The first one is still better by a small amount, mostly because it flows a little better, but overall this one was fantastic. A lot of great scares and some really good heartfelt moments too that really helped the audience care for the characters more.
