This is pretty preemptive but the info behind it is just relly promising right now.

An American man (Joaquin Phoenix) takes a journey into the infamous “Suicide Forest” at the foothills of Mount Fuji with the intention of taking his own life. When he is interrupted by a Japanese man (Ken Watanabe) who has had second thoughts about his own suicide, and is trying to find his way out of the forest, the two begin a journey of reflection and survival.

Anyway, I heard about this after that Lex Luthor stuff. Quite a pairing. Phoenix is reportedly in talks, may not actually end up in it. But I like the idea.

Yeah, Joaquin is still weighing up the offer. I have a feeling he'll probably do this instead of Batman v Superman, which I wouldn't have a problem with. Would be very interesting to see him alongside Watanabe.

Hope it's good.

Gus Van Sant is very hit or miss with me.

Gravity 2 confirmed :judge:
He'll rise so much he'll get into space

Plot twist: He goes out into space in Interstellar to rescue himself
