Yes that was Mad Max in the water.

Fist of the North Star can be considered the animated Mad Max.
huh?
Awesome kickass movie and one of the goriest animated movies ever. Watch it on youtube.

Jaws on blu-ray: a timeless masterpiece just turned 40 this year and it looks absolutely stunning on HD in it's new restoration from the 35mm camera negative and you think it was filmed in 2011.

Surprisingly had kinda fun with this movie, it's actually funny, sometimes at least.

It's really stupid though, and wouldn't have guessed 96% on RT

Yes, a while ago. Loved it. Favorite book done justice.

I'd say the rank goes
Catching Fire > Mockingjay - Part 1 > The Hunger Games

I think the series pretty much lived and died with Catching Fire.

I don't really see what Mockingjay Part 2 can redeem.

What the heck? What was so bad about Mockingjay - Part 1 that makes the entire series nonredeemable?

It was possibly one of the most boring cinematic experiences I've ever had.

It's a film that excised set-pieces almost entirely and took its characters to unexpected and unusual places, and made the consequences of the previous installment real.

Of course it was going to be a struggle.
