It's
Original Motion Picture Score - Original composed music for the film. Motion Picture Score - Remade/Remixed music to fit the film. Motion Picture Soundtrack - A collection of various songs from various artists.
Now I know on a lot of Original Motion Picture Scores you can see Original Soundtrack or something like that. But that is wrong and it's only used for commercial sales. This also became used lately and I think it's another way of dumbing down the audience and make things simple because words like "score" sound "pretentious" for the bored and lazy audience out there.
So basically:
soundtrack = sound + track = track = song
score = composed music
