Furious 7 (2015)
guys this was not a good movie.
it was ridiculous fun at the very leastSky007 wrote:guys this was not a good movie.
I do admire how earnest and unapologetic it is about itself. I just found more of it boring than exciting. Action was pretty poor at points and that's basically this franchise's selling point.Cilogy wrote:it was ridiculous fun at the very leastSky007 wrote:guys this was not a good movie.
yeah it was a step down in terms of craft
but don't tell DX I said that

A step down from Justin Lin is a terrifying prospect indeed.

Even Vin Diesel, who is usually... intense/sweet as Dom, felt like a dull, one note, ridiculous character. Literally like a dog chasing cars. Must be the whole 'ONE LAST RIDEEE... FAMILIAAA... RUH-VENGEEE' tone that really started to annoy me after so many movies of repeated motivation.
It's not one last ride, it's just one of the rides - which shouldn't be the experience.
Unfortunately, money speaks otherwise so we're getting more of that while they continue upping the ante on the anti-gravity front. I'm sure they're going to space in F&F8. Moonraker, watch out!

Honest question here, how many of these will they actually make?
Will we legitimately see a Fast & Furious 15 one day?

If F&F 14 breaks one billion on b.o., yes, probably.ChristNolan wrote:Honest question here, how many of these will they actually make?

I mean that he's turned from everyday (jacked) dude into indestructible killing machine, same thing happened to Die Hard and Rambo.m4st4 wrote:McClane is way too sophisticated for Dom.Pratham wrote:Wasn't as fun as FF5 imo.
Also, Dom is turning into Rambo/McClane.
Also, I nearly facepalmed after Dom kicked the ridiculous cracking of parking lot.
