Hopefully Bale is on board.
I'm hoping that he's already on board since we haven't heard anything otherwise and Fox already set a release date.
Maybe we will get some kind of confirmation soon.

Another Hollywood old timer, Twentieth Century Fox, is developing Exodus, the biblical epic to be directed by Sir Ridley Scott. The story of Moses is slated to start filming towards the end of this year at Pinewood Studios.

So did Bale turn down Everest in order to do this? The two films are set to start filming near the end of this year so he obviously couldn't have done both of them. Hopefully Scott + Bale is happening.

Bale is all but confirmed for Exodus.
The film has been in development for some time, with Christian Bale at one time casually attached. "We don't have him anymore; he went to do Moses [Ridley Scott's Exodus] instead, which sucked," Kormakur told us.
