Yes, it absolutely oozes Hitchcock, but I feel like it never really crosses the threshold into full-on tension and thrill. It sort of plays with tense moments and an interesting plot, which makes it feel a little slow-burning. I guess it just lacks a certain potency.
Dunst and Isaac were good, though they seemed restricted by what they had to work with. Mortensen gives a pretty great performance, which is what pulled me into the film more than anything.
