One of the best movies of the 90s and probably top three in 1999, and we all know how big 1999 was.

I'd probably put watching this film pretty high up on my top 10 list of ways to fall asleep.

From looking at the names, it looks like there's an unusual number of younger critics voting and an unusual number of "old guard" critics who didn't, which accounts for the differences here vs elsewhere. Donnie Darko is on here too lol.
