I wouldn't mind it, on the contrary. It's just too soon to even talk about it.

Aronofsky would be my first choice...but I also don't think they should even talk about this project until after JL comes out. Summer 2017 is the earliest this flick should be released.

This report seems like it's gonna be debunked, either way.

I don't particularly care for Aronofsky but I thought his original work on the Batman reboot was so bizarre and interesting.

I'm sold for anything with the name of Aronofsky on it.

Well, The franchise will be rebooted anyway, and I prefer to see Aronofsky on the boss-chair other than some fucked jerk cgi dude. Aronofsky's batman can be something to look at... I like this man vision of executing Films he works on. We will see.

Who will be schizophrenic and it will be revealed he was The Joker as well.
Which will be actually Bruce Wayne's nightmare.

I actually wrote about this a while ago.
jibran wrote:I want David Lynch. In his film, mining company heir Bruce Wayne will have an identity crisis where he's not sure if he's really a Bat or Man and consults his personal psychic Alfredo at the local diner over a damn fine cup of coffee. When the small town of Gotham is subject to a number of violent crimes, Alfredo convinces him to join the two sides of himself to become The Batman.
Wayne becomes a vigilante and finds the support in the sultry female police lieutenant Jane Gordon. Soon after an aspiring clown becomes a murderer and Batman must find it in himself to stop the criminal. After he achieves this, he wins the praise of the whole town, but then- the walls of reality crash down on him- is he really Bruce Wayne dreaming that he is a bat or is he a bat dreaming that he is Bruce Wanye?
A Winding-Refn Batman would be cool.

I actually his vision of Batman: Year One. He could really bring something to the table for Batman. But if that's not the route Warner Bros wants to go down, I'm still going with Rian Johnson as my choice.
