lol this movie was straight up decent
Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)
This was an opera of death and destruction. Pretty damn good on all fronts, but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT. The audience I saw it with thought it was average to meh. They dont make films like this much anymore that's for sure.
Everyone could give a 6/10 and a film would get a perfect rating on RT.ChristNolan wrote:but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT.
Fury Road has an 8.8/10 average though.ArmandFancypants wrote:Everyone could give a 6/10 and a film would get a perfect rating on RT.ChristNolan wrote:but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT.
What a ride, loved it.
40 more hours.
Hence why I kept saying that looking after the % on RT is not a great idea if you really want an indication of the movie's potential quality.ArmandFancypants wrote:Everyone could give a 6/10 and a film would get a perfect rating on RT.ChristNolan wrote:but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT.
Go for average rating.
The 99% is not that impressive. The 8.8 and 8.6 are.
The score for this was really terrific, I feel.
Glad to know. I was kinda worried about it. Even though I quite like the samples that was released.ChristNolan wrote:The score for this was really terrific, I feel.
Still haven't seen the movie tho.
I think the tomatometer (the 99%) is at least more accurate than the average rating.RIFA wrote:Hence why I kept saying that looking after the % on RT is not a great idea if you really want an indication of the movie's potential quality.ArmandFancypants wrote:Everyone could give a 6/10 and a film would get a perfect rating on RT.ChristNolan wrote:but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT.
