lol this movie was straight up decent

This was an opera of death and destruction. Pretty damn good on all fronts, but I'm not sure how it warrants a near perfect rating on RT. The audience I saw it with thought it was average to meh. They dont make films like this much anymore that's for sure.

Hence why I kept saying that looking after the % on RT is not a great idea if you really want an indication of the movie's potential quality.

Go for average rating.

The 99% is not that impressive. The 8.8 and 8.6 are.

I think the tomatometer (the 99%) is at least more accurate than the average rating.
