I agree that GotG is the biggest question mark and that expectations for Cap2 are probably the lowest of all the projects. I applaud Marvel for picking such an obscure out there property and hope they pull it off. The choice of director for GotG seems spot on.

Ant-Man is the only one I'm actually really interested in. Edgar Wright is writing it, so I'm already excited. Guardians of the Galaxy only has my curiosity. Iron Man 3 has Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall and Ben Kingsley, but the rest doesn't even look that great. I've come to actually really hate the first Thor film, and the only thing that look promising in TDW is Christopher Eccleston. Captain America 2 doesn't have anything that has caught my interest.

6. Captain America 2 -- I'm looking forward to this less than my first prostate exam, whenever that may be

there's too many coming out for my tastes. Of course, that doesn't mean I won't watch them, but I'm only looking forward to Avengers 2 and perhaps if one of the standalone flicks is a big hit.
