By the way if this is a movie, isn't 2015 a little too crowed already, at least with big box-office films? I think Avatar 2 comes that year, the sequel of the Avengers too and that Justice League film... Why don't they wait a bit more?

Disney has a history of successfully acquiring and integrating companies within its fold [they bought Pixar for 7.4 billion $ and Marvel for 4.3 billion $], so I'm cautiously optimistic about this deal.
Episode 7 implies it might be a sequel to Return of the Jedi rather than another prequel, so it could be good.
