Honestly I don't think so. Craig getting injured is fucked, but this isn't really. These mistakes happen on loads of productions, including several of Nolan's, the M:I movies, previous Bonds, etc.

I'm just glad to hear that no one was hurt too badly. Hopefully the person who got a minor injury can heal quickly.
People died during the shooting/preparation for TDK, Deadpool 2, Silence... So there are still problems.
But I feel there isn't any more directors like Herzog or Lean who were putting their cast in very dangerous situations to get the best shot possible.
