A confident and impressive directorial debut from Richard Ayode. He showcases great talent behind the camera as well as crafting a highly original & quirky coming of age tale. And the relatively unknown cast are splendid, ringing an authenticity to their characters. This is a real British indie gem and I look forward to seeing what Ayode does next.
