I loved the script of Assassin’s Creed. But what made me decide to participate in that film was the fact that it wasn’t a studio film. The director, Justin Kurzel, has a vision and a point of view about the story: this diving into violence and how to fight it. It’s one of the best directors of actors out there. After Macbeth, I really wanted to work with him again.
What actually amazed me in this is that she had said the exact same things about Nolan and his Inception/The Dark Knight Rises! "Irresistible", "not a studio film/director", "director's vision", "one of the best directors for actors", "wanted to work with him again". This is definetely a good sign!

This trailer will be exclusive to UK’s Odeon Cinemas chain, and we are curious whether this will be, as described, a clip, or an alternate trailer…and most importantly, when it will land. We are hoping Odeon announce more details on this soon, so stay tuned as we will let you know as soon as we hear anything.
