I didn’t care much about this whole thing until I played the new teaser on my TV. Looks incredible. The visuals are stunning.

I’ll probably see the first film in IMAX if it plays here.

Motion and stereoscope helps images that are otherwise unbearable when they are still and flat. The poster image seems to be shot in-camera (computer modified), and not computer generated. The visuals are not an improvement at all.

Toy Story 4 cost Disney $200M and this movie that is going for photo realism is $250M. No way it was ever going to achieve the look many like me daydreamed of.

To me this looks just like the first Avatar, as in an incredible techinical showcase but very little in terms of a movie, you couldnt pay me enough to sit through the first one and i have no interest in this one either, and as for the CGI techshowcase, im actually more excited for unreal engine 5 and its impact on real time rendered imagery, a.k.a. VIDEOGAMES, Avatar as a whole would be so much more compelling as a videogame than it is as a movie franchise.

Might not watch it on streaming even. Simply suffocating.
